Maintenance Requests

We understand that timely maintenance is critical for the satisfaction of both tenants and property owners. That's why we provide multiple channels for tenants to contact us and submit maintenance requests. All requests are reviewed, and work orders are submitted to our network of vendors. For transparency, we submit all non-emergency work orders over a predetermined price to the owner for approval before scheduling any work.
